Snehajeevi Rural Development Society (R) is committed to maintaining the highest standards of transparency, accountability, and ethical practices in handling donations. This policy explains how we collect, use, and manage contributions from donors.

1. Purpose of Donations

All donations received are used exclusively to fund the NGO’s programs and initiatives, including:

  • Education and literacy programs for underprivileged children.

  • Women empowerment and skill development initiatives.

  • Health and sanitation programs in rural communities.

  • Environmental conservation and tree plantation drives.

  • Support for senior citizens, differently-abled persons, and marginalized groups.

2. Acceptable Forms of Donations

Donations can be made through:

  • Bank Transfer / NEFT / RTGS

  • UPI or QR Code payment

  • Cheques or Demand Drafts

  • Donors are encouraged to share their transaction details (Name, Email, Phone, Transaction ID) for proper documentation.

4. Refund Policy

  • All donations are voluntary and non-refundable, except in cases of payment errors.

  • If a donation is made in error, donors should contact us immediately for resolution.

5. Transparency & Accountability

  • We maintain complete transparency in the utilization of funds.

  • Annual reports and program updates are shared with donors to showcase the impact of their contributions.

  • Donations are utilized strictly for the stated objectives of the NGO and monitored through internal audits.

6. Privacy of Donor Information

  • Personal information of donors is kept strictly confidential.

  • We do not share donor details with any third party without explicit consent.

  • Donor information is used solely for communication regarding donations, receipts, and updates on NGO programs.
